Ceramic Plasma Spray Coatings
HFW applies plasma-sprayed ceramic coatings for applications requiring resistance to plasma erosion, wear protection, or dielectric electrical insulation. Available ceramic systems include alumina (aluminum oxide), chromium oxide, alumina-titania, and zirconia-based materials. Coating selection depends on the component, operating environment, substrate, geometry, and finished requirements.
Arc Metallizing
HFW applies arc-sprayed aluminum, molybdenum, copper, stainless steel, and other metallic coatings for semiconductor equipment and specialized high-tech components. The coating system is selected according to the component's operating conditions and functional surface requirements.
