Turnkey Assembly Services to Keep Your Production Running
Many of our customers require drop-in condition assemblies or turnkey capital equipment to keep their (or their customers’) plant and production lines running without interruption. We offer one-source service through our ability at HFW to combine our thermal spraying, welding, machining, and precision grinding services with our assembly capabilities.
Our assembly area includes general assembly tooling and equipment, mechanical assembly, static balancing, dynamic balancing (capacity of 5,000 lbs.), hydrotesting, cleaning, and blasting.
We respect our customers’ proprietary concerns, and can only show so much detail when it comes to assembly. We are always happy to discuss more specific examples of our work with you based on your needs.
