Our assembly area includes general assembly tooling and equipment, mechanical assembly, static balancing, dynamic balancing (capacity of 5,000 lbs.), hydrotesting, cleaning and blasting.
Many of our customers require drop-in condition assemblies or turnkey capital equipment to keep their (or their customers’) plant and production lines running without interruption. We offer one source service through our ability at HFW to combine our welding, machining, and precision finishing processes with our assembly capabilities.
