The value of partnerships can be seen through the success of one of our young machinists, Anthony.

Developing the next generation of rockstar trades-men and -women is core to our success HFW Industries, Inc. This is not possible without tremendous partners in this journey.
 
This must begin with great partners like Edge Factor showcasing the vast career opportunities available to students. What we have found is that many students do not even realize the many paths they can explore as they prepare for a career. Partners like EdgeFactor are helping to change that.
 
Once students see the opportunity, great partners like Bill Rakonczay at Orleans Niagara BOCES are desperately needed to nurture and grow that next generation before they are ready for the workforce. Bill teaches the fundamentals not just of the trade, but of life as a whole. The best ability is availability!
 
Finally, as a company we must work together. We are blessed with an experienced team willing to teach our new recruits and lend a steady hand through the initial choppy waters of a career.
 
And guys like Anthony deserve credit, too! Anthony has an incredible future in front of him. While our partners have played a big part that, the responsibility is ultimately Anthony’s. He has taken that and run with it, and we are grateful to have driven young men like him on our team.
