GETTING THINGS DONE

Our push to continuously improve at HFW will now be helped by our implementation of the Traction EOS system.

HFW Industries, Inc. is like most businesses: there is a lot of work to be done but seemingly not enough time or manpower to do it.

It may be a common struggle, but we were frustrated with the status quo and we knew that to get to the next level (as we plan to do), we had to address this imbalance.

That is the primary reason that we decided to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) starting this last week.

EOS is meant to provide a framework that in turn allows us to solve problems faster, make sure everyone in the business is aligned and, ultimately, to help drive the business’s growth.

There are a lot of different management theories and operating systems out there, and EOS is one of dozens that are popular.

In that sense, EOS is certainly no silver bullet, but I think it provides a structure that will help crystallize our intended direction and how will we get there.

I’m super excited at what I anticipate EOS helping us achieve at HFW. This is something that will not only help the business grow, but will make HFW even better for our customers and employees in the process.
