Employee Spotlight: Lori

Lori, our Executive Assistant, is one of the many great employees who contribute to HFW's continued success and proven results.

Today I want to highlight a lady who is critical to what we do at HFW.

Lori is our Executive Assistant, and she is the heartbeat of our office. She is the smiling face when you first enter our company and the cheerful voice on the phone. 

Lori drafts and sends our quotes for our estimating team. She assists in our marketing efforts and helps make sure our customers are always treated extremely well.

What I appreciate most about Lori is her attention to the little details. She anticipates the small touches that are always the most well received. One small example that comes to mind is when Lori, without being asked, distributed a list of our colleague spouses’ names to our leadership team before a recent holiday dinner (PS: shh, I didn’t tell you that). 

Far from a one-off, these are the kinds of things Lori is doing every day. Our business is better because of it!
