Our goal is to build the best business out there, one day at a time.

A few weeks ago I discussed how “staying small” will ironically play a large role in HFW Industries, Inc. growing.

And I wholeheartedly stand behind that statement.

A small company mindset allows us to stay lean and go all out for our existing employees and customers. That’s something that is useful whether you have 50 people or 5,000.

Make no mistake, though, there is nothing small about our ambitions.

At HFW, we keep the industrial world running.

It is our goal to be the one-source provider of precision industrial equipment solutions to customers who produce the modern economy we enjoy today.

Whether it is a custom manufactured machine assembly, materials and reliability expertise or sourcing of rare equipment and materials, HFW will perform when up-time is crucial.

We like to take on the difficult projects—the projects where the tolerances are tight, the material is hard to find and few others want to even attempt it.

Being a one-stop-shop for manufacturing, materials and reliability know-how is a model that will help our customers thrive and that will provide ways for HFW to responsibly scale.

The biggest key to our growth (in my opinion)?
 
Continuing to build the greatest human-centered company out there.

Our people are and will be the very best in the industry, and we will always aim to treat them as such.

We sincerely want our workplace to be a place where our people can become the best versions of themselves and can achieve things that they had thought were only dreams.

Being the best employer we can be is just the right thing to do, but it will also be the biggest contributor in taking our business to the next level.

With the team we have and that we continue to build, I dare anyone to bet against our team achieving things that might seem crazy now.

That is a bet that I am confident we will win.
